CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT - CYPRUS XP TRAVEL
This website ("Site") is managed by CYXP Aviation LTD (from now on referred to as "Cyprus Xp Travel", "Company", or "Us") located at Hasene Ilgaz Sokak, No:11/B Köşklüçiftlik, Lefkosa-TRNC. This text ("Confidentiality Agreement") has been prepared for our valued users and visitors through the confidentiality of your data and the Site's management and may be changed from time to time by Cyprus Xp Travel. We recommend that you view the text when you visit the Site.
 
1. User Account Security
For the security of your membership account, do not share your username and password with anyone. When creating your password, we recommend using unique combinations of numbers, letters and special characters to ensure that anyone other than you cannot guess your password. Sharing or disclosing your password or user information to third parties may result in third parties controlling essential data such as your user and reservation information. In this case, we would like to remind you that you will be responsible for all actions taken through your user account. Therefore, you may be the addressee of legally binding actions others took on your behalf. If the security of your password is compromised for any reason, you should change your password.

You may share your data with us during your visit to the Website or when you register and make a reservation.

Your credit card information is never stored on the site; it is only used for obtaining authorisation by securely transmitting it to the relevant banks during the collection process and is deleted from the system after approval.
